I think I'm going to use your idea of keeping the flower petals in a jar....I *love* that idea!

Our family room and bedroom is kind of 'shabby chic'. I have an eclectic decorating style so our rooms have different colors all over the house. (o:

It's been fun to see your pictures.

Thanks, Mrs. B! I'm trying to decide what to do now, because my jar's full! (I told Micah he better not stop bringing me roses, however;o) I REALLY loved seeing some of your pictures in the past too. Never hesitate to post more!!!

Hi Ms. Renee! (It would seem weird to call you just "Renee":o) Yeah...I'm really glad my parents saved a lot of their old stuff, or our house would be somewhat bare furniture-wise:op

Thanks, Wendy! I really appreciate that. Comfortable and homey is definitely the feel that I want to create:o) Hope you're having a great week too!

Hi Sweetie,
It is so fun to see all the nice pictures you have posted. They do a great job of showing what a warm and welcoming place you (and Micah :-) have turned your home into. I am further inspired to keep working at getting out of storage those personal touches that we packed away before our remodeling. Can't wait to get some photographs up on our walls!! Glad you are enjoying your new camera!! Keep sharing those pics!!

Nothing says you're only allowed to have one jar.....If it were me I'd get another one! (o;
